This is our Diamond Membership Program. It helps students understand the implementation of theoretical concepts learnt during IIBA certification.
Students work on a Capstone Hybrid project from investment banking domain where they learn how to gather domain knowledge using AI, create FRD, Process models, product strategy, roadmap and backlog.
This project can be shown in your resume as a project you worked on as Business Analyst, this will increase your chances of being shortlisted in interviews. You can show that you have business analysis experience and give our reference.
The project team will work together to solve a problem from Investment Banking domain, conduct gap analysis, user personas, write detailed requirements document. Project will have an product owner, who will give you requirements for the project and track your progress. You will also learn how to gather domain knowledge using AI tools.
The program will be conducted in Zoom and will involve lot of group activities like requirement gathering, product backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint review. There will be NO THEORY in this program, only implementation, actual ground level implementation.
